Adrenal Support Stock

When the adrenals are blown, support is vital to function. Adrenal fatigue is growing more and more common. When someone suffers from advanced Adrenal Fatigue, they spend the great portion of their day in bed, have no reserve of energy as well as no immediately available energy. The adrenals and thyroid gland work in a supportive fashion, meaning, when one is struggling the other is pulled down, also.

For the adrenally compromised person, all they can think of is, I’m so tired.

Supporting the adrenals can be done through adrenal cortex, which for most, only works for two months. It can also be done through adrenal supportive herbs such as this one and this one. However, nothing works better than specific cholesterol rich foods which support the adrenals on all levels. The Adrenal Shake, a shake made of yolks, home brewed sour cream and grass fed butter, is a priority for supporting the adrenals, but the Adrenal Support Stock is an alternative that is warming and lighter in fare. To make the Adrenal Shake, crack open a dozen pastured yolks into a pint and a half mason jar. This will make a cup of yolks. Yolks are highly nourishing, which will make the body stronger and cause it to kick out toxins or parasites. This can cause die off so yolks should be build slowly until tolerated. 

Pour one cup of meat stock over the yolks, stir and enjoy.

    I’ll definitely need to work up to 12 egg yolks! I know I have a slugging liver and gallbladder. I haven’t tolerated cow dairy since I was born, I can tolerate raw goats milk very well; however, I’ve never been one to consume a lot of dairy. Also, I can’t go without digestive enzymes, especially if I eat a high fat meal or animal flesh.
    I have to soak, grind and ferment my nuts, otherwise a few nuts bind me up quickly. I haven’t slept well in many years 0-2 hours nightly for 6-7 years now. Just this past year on average I’m now getting 4 hours a night and feel the best when I get 6. My body can’t handle minute stress let alone major stress and I now have sarcopenia which is like to adresss.
