Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Bacon wrapped asparagus is quite possibly the simplest recipe there is.

Wrap each piece of asparagus with a slice of sugar free bacon, optimally pastured. Lay then side by side on a stainless steel cookie sheet covered with a sheet of silpat. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Don’t tell anyone you’ve made this – or they disappear.

The baking sheets are smaller than the silpat. How does this work?
