Famous Doctor and Groundbreaking Study Show Fear Disproportionately Outweighs Virus

Picture of a woman feeling illThere are many doctors today expressing concern over the health dangers connected to the recent virus, and rightly so, but the side effect of fear is showing an inappropriate imbalance. One shocking study and one microbiome-specialist doctor express great concern over the level of fear connected to the virus.

“These results are nothing short of stunning,” the study reports. Franklin Templeton–Gallup research project reported the study of over 10,000 people over the age of 18, “on the behavioral response to the pandemic and implications for the recovery: we find a gross misperception of (virus) risk, driven by partisanship and misinformation; and a willingness to pay a significant ‘safety premium’ that could affect future inflation.”

Franklin Templeton is an investment company. They analyze numbers, deciphering risk. When they looked at the numbers connected to the virus, they found fear dwarfed potential illness with shocking numbers. They found, “The discrepancy with the actual mortality data is staggering: for people aged 18–24, the share of those worried about serious health consequences is 400 times higher than the share of total COVID deaths; for those age 25–34 it is 90 times higher.”

In the study they showed fear of serious health effects from the virus, as compared to actual mortality data reported by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). The results were broken up by age brackets. Please note, these numbers were generated before the CDC reported, “For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned,” greatly reducing the concern further.

Remarkably, younger people expressed a higher percent of fear in comparison to lower death rates. Click here to see the graph of the study from July 2nd to July 14th, 2020.

Interestingly, they found a connection with levels of fear and time spent on social media, as well as political party preference. They found people would willingly pay hundreds of dollars more to have a vacant seat next to them on an airplane. The percentage was higher in those who travel frequently.

This fear can impact health in a negative way, to a great extent.

“If a person lives in fear, that can create disease in any body,” Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride says. She encourages people, “to not be afraid. Not to live in fear. The important thing for every human being to do, is first of all, not be afraid, not panic, not respond to this mass hysteria that is being pumped up by the media. We live in a world of nutritional misinformation, I have to say. The vast majority of information that is pumped to everybody on a daily basis is paid by somebody. It’s paid by somebody because media doesn’t work for free. Who has the money to pay? Commercial companies who benefit from that particular bit of information.”

McBride is a medical doctor, neurologist, neurosurgeon, and specialist in microbiome repair with her GAPS Protocol.

McBride goes on to say, “Look after your immune system! Eat properly. Eat well. Make sure that you do get out in the sunshine, whichever way you can do it. Even if you’re in a city and the sun is shining through your windows. You can sit in that window and sit in the sun. Get some vitamin D produced in your skin, some sunshine. That is a major booster for the immune system. That is a very important part of health. The most important thing to eat are animal foods to have your immune system healthy. You need animal fat every day, proper egg yolks, proper eggs, proper meats, and you do need gelatinous meat stocks. Soup every day, made out of parts of the animal which are gelatinous, connective tissue of the animal. Bones, joint, feet, fascia, tail, heads, necks, spine, skin, these sorts of parts of the animal, not the muscle of the animal. The pure muscle of the animal is the least nourishing part. The most nourishing parts are the rest of the carcass, the connective tissue, the gelatinous connective tissue. These are the most important things to eat for people, in order to boost their immune system, in order to have it strong.”

There are certain things we can do to exacerbate the issues. McBride says, “When it comes to viruses in particular, when we eat too many greens, too many nuts, or chocolate, we are out of balance. Our immune system is in such a way that it becomes vulnerable to viruses. The mainstream will tell you eat fruits and vegetables and nothing else. That’s always been the case. Our human body has a population of resident viruses. Coronaviruses, by the way, quite a few of them, are resident viruses. They live inside our bodies. We have literally millions of different varieties of viruses that are part of us. They’re resident viruses, they live inside our body. We have millions of viruses that make up our virome, resident viruses that are part of human body. About 12 percent of our genetics are of viral origin. Viruses are part of us, they’re there to stay. The thing is, they stay dormant as long as the balance of the body is kept in the right position. As long as everything’s balanced in the body.”

Keeping the balance in the body is the goal. Fear can cause damage to this balance. Dr. McBride says, “When we upset that balance, either bacteria can get too active, or fungi can get too active, or viruses can activate in the body. They come out of nowhere and start causing cold sores, or papilloma outbreak, or colds, or viral infections like something else. Shingles, that’s a resident virus. What imbalances the immune system to make viruses stronger and activate them? Citrus fruits, a lot of greens, cold salads, too much acid tasting fruit, and nuts, too many nuts. So, if you don’t want to activate your resident virome, your resident viruses, make them too active, leave that. Don’t eat too much of that. In order to keep the viruses in balance and sitting quietly in their little homes in your body, you need to have plenty of eggs, plenty of fat, soup made out of good meat stock. Make sure you have a bowl of soup every day.”

McBride says, “The facts about this virus just don’t add up. A true (wild) virus just doesn’t behave that way. It’s very puzzling for microbiologist and micro-scientists of what is actually going on in the world. That is why there are so many conspiracy theories about what is actually going on behind the virus. Nobody knows what is happening. Many people believe it might just be a smoke screen. Something’s happening, something’s being done while everybody’s locked up in their houses, in their homes. That may be true, it may not be true, we don’t know.”

    Very interesting and makes crazy sense. I have just been thru cancer and its debilitating chemo/radiation. My health care dietitians tout a plant based diet. So I figured I was doing the best thing for my health. Why when I try to be more plant based I always have issues like very unhappy digestion and just not feeling better but worse. Especially when making green smoothies. Probably the best thing about my smoothies are the scoop of organic whey protein from grass fed Australian beef. I even switched to an all plant based multi vitamin. Going back to getting vitamin D. Eating meat, eggs, bone broth and soups with root veggies and some berries thrown in for good measure. Sounds way easier as well. Great article.
