This recipe was put together by Frank, a young teenage boy who is on GAPS. His dream is to become a chef of his own restaurant some day.

Frank was first introduced to GAPS at the age of 7 and saw good results with mild tics and eczema, but Frank only stayed in GAPS for a couple of months.

Fast forward to age 13, Frank was not happy about his weight, plus he was having recurrent tics for the last 4 years. He got to the point that the tics were causing neck, head and back pain, plus he didn’t want to go to school any more because kids noticed his tics. That’s when Frank asked his mom if she can help him to do GAPS, since he knew it was going to help to get rid of tics.  This is his 5th month on Full GAPS, tics are gone, he lost 25 lbs and is happy about his weight and he feels accomplished. During his GAPS journey he has created some delicious recipes. His favorite phrases are “It is delicious to eat healthy”, “My taste has changed so I can try new foods and I may like them”, “I feel accomplished”.

Frank has taken responsibility of his own health.
