Gout – The Natural Approach That Works
Gout is an incredibly painful accumulation of hard uric acid crystals in the joint due to an inability to metabolize uric acid. This acute, excruciating pain does not go away easily. These consistent and persistent natural methods show fantastic results for the great majority of people, even when an extreme acute flare is present.
As a form of arthritis, gout can be debilitating. A flare can last a few days, a few weeks or be constant if not addressed with enough to counteract the uric acid. Doing everything possible to remove the crystals is important so that joint damage doesn’t develope. Pain is generally worse at night. This is your marker on the level of crystals still present.

Dehydration can lead to gout. Water works to flush uric acid out of the body. When water is absent, the uric acid tends to build in the joints. Once it begins to build and hydration levels are looming, the accumulation snowballs.
Certain foods make gout worse like wheat, grains in general, sugar and alcohol especially beer. However, other foods assist gout. Meat stock or chicken meat stock is very nourishing and supports Intestinal Permeability, the direct route to arthritis. Since gout is a form of arthritis, meat stock is optimal. Adults should take five cups minimum a day, a cup every hour in extreme cases like an acute gout flare.
Arthritis Rheumatel, studied the relationship between cherries and gout. Over a one year timeframe, 633 individuals were studied finding, “Cherry intake over a 2-day period was associated with a 35% lower risk of gout attacks compared with no intake.” They further concluded, “These findings suggest that cherry intake is associated with a lower risk of gout attacks.” Cherry intake is fastest achieved by using a concentrated liquid added to your water, usually in a one to five ratio. It can also be taken in capsule form like this.
Uricel is a remedy designed to remove uric acid crystals while reducing inflammation. The primary ingredient, along with other highly beneficial ingredients, is chane peidra leaf, which turns kidney stones, gallstones and uric acid accumulation into sludge which is then flushed through the body.
The homeopathic remedy combination, Gout Symptom Formula, has highly praised effects from the most excruciating situations. Three sprays constitutes a dose. Package recommendations suggest two doses a day, however, homeopathic remedies, in a crisis, are to be administered every 10- 15 minutes, until the symptoms subside. The protocol is to then use it as needed. No one has every gotten sick or died from too much homeopathic remedy. If the remedy is incorrect, it just won’t work. If too much is used, it has no more benefit that the frequency of every 10- 15 minutes. After one dose a change in pain is noticed immediately.
Rest and staying off your feet is imperative to keep inflammation. The more the person moves the foot the more the crystal scratch and cut the tissues within the joint and surrounding area. Simply standing up increases blood to fill the joint, causing more pressure on the uric acid crystals. Staying off the feet allows for swelling to reduce.
The inflamed area may show a red or purple hue. Color does not indicate pain levels.
Swelling is often subtle. Markers are pain in the joint. Other factors can be color change or the inability to see the bones and veins in the foot.
The more attention the person gives to relieving the pain, the faster they will heal. Gout is not to be taken lightly. The pain is horrific for most. The faster healing methods are implemented, the sooner the pain dissipates.
