Gracie’s Progression with Seborrheic Dermatitis

Before GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) sweet Gracie was suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis. Her mom is a fellow Weston A. Price friend of mine and is honestly the most amazing homeopathic person I have seen to date. She literally has a medicine cabinet growing in her back yard. They tried rash and wound salve, homeopathy, coconut oil, tea tree oil, and eventually steroids. They visited the family doctor, allergist, and dermatologist. They all gave the same diagnosis and treatment: shampoo for face wash (that has sterilization as a side effect) and steroid cream with no end in sight.

On GAPS, the Seborrheic Dermatitis (SD) did not explode without the steroid cream but instead showed immediate improvement noticeable in just days.

Photo 2: allergy doctor (December) no food allergies show up, on steroid cream so skin looks perfect. Doctor says to get off cream to see if it clears up.

Below: day 1 on GAPS, quit steroid cream the day before and skin still looked bad. Steroid cream was loosing effect and they prescribed stronger. It cost $100, Mom didn’t fill it but instead started GAPS.

*Nourishing Plot is written by a mom whose son has been delivered from the effects of autism (asperger’s syndrome), ADHD, bipolar disorder, manic depression, hypoglycemia and dyslexia through food. This is not a newsarticle published by a paper trying to make money. This blog is put out by a mom who sees first hand the effects of nourishing food vs food-ish items. No company pays her for writing these blogs, she considers this a form of missionary work. It is her desire to scream it from the rooftops so that others don’t suffer from the damaging affect of today’s “food”.
