Healing Food Intolerances Naturally

Fabrizio Mancini, DO and author of The Power Of Self Healing, noticed a connection to healing and sent a letter to numerous doctors asking if they had patients who recovered from illness unexplainably, looking for a pattern.
Dr. Mancini says, “Our sick-care system is broken. We can never really have a true successful healthcare system until we have a self care system.”
Proper food nutrition is key. Dr. Mancini says it’s vital to analyse your food, “Does it give me energy or does it rob my body of energy. One of the realizations of healthcare today is over 70% of Americans have food intolerances. Food allergies are 1-2%. The difference between the two is an allergy may be so bad you end up in an emergency room. The intolerance is going to make an inflammatory process which is going to rob your energy. It’s going to make you swell up in that you look a little bit puffy, perhaps make you sweat, give you an upset stomach, give you diarrhea, whatever the case may be.”
Food should energize you not make you yawn or sleepy.

Food coma is a sign there are intolerances.
Keeping a food journal is vital. Documenting what you eat allows you track what foods cause a negative response. This will help you eliminate food intolerances.

Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD, neurosurgeon and author of GAPS, Gut and Psychology Syndrome, says removing these food intolerances and healing the gut comes from proper nutrition of healing meat stocks, pastured meat-especially with nourishing fat, high fat fermented dairy like yogurt or kefir and cultured vegetables like home-made sauerkraut.
Eliminate sugar in all forms as sugar feeds disease through inflammation, including cancer. Man made sugar is a chemical that your body can not absorb. Sugars like xylitol, agave and date sugar are all highly processed and refined. Sugars like sugar-in-the-raw and maple syrup are still sugars that have a detrimental impact on insulin spikes. Chemical sweeteners like Splenda, Nutrasweet and Sweet and Low are not food. Healing includes healthy foods not chemicals.

Sugar comes in many forms and is in nearly all processed or pre-packaged foods and condiments. Removing sugar takes a label reader or simply buying organic vegetables, fruits, meats and fish.
Local honey is a God made sugar that has enzymatic healing properties. Chain store honey is not real honey but is commonly made up of high fructose corn syrup with small amounts of honey. It is labeled as “honey” in the ingredients because this process is industry standard, a process where if most of the industry follows the practice it is not required for labeling. Manuka honey, from bees pollinating the manuka bush in New Zealand, is ranked as a superfood.

WebMD says, “Hydrogen peroxide is a component of honey. It gives most honey its antibiotic quality. But some types of honey, including manuka honey, also have other components with antibacterial qualities.” They go on to say, “In manuka honey, MG comes from the conversion of another compound — dihydroxyacetone — that is found in high concentration in the nectar of manuka flowers. MG is thought to give manuka honey its antibacterial power. The higher the concentration of MG, the stronger the antibiotic effect.”
Dr. Martin Rosen, DO says processed sugar works like acid in the joints.
Organic food without chemicals and preservatives ensure clean healthy nutrition. Fabrizio says, “Most Americans are ingesting about 5 pounds of additives a year. A lot of skin problems are dealing with additives that you have in food.” This adds excessive stress on the kidney and liver.
Fabrizio blames the oil industry, the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry for the majority of our illness today.
Food choices should be made up of healthy nourishing animal fats, pastured meats, organic vegetables and fermented foods. If your body is in crisis with bipolar disorder, autism, depression or ADHD the body is telling you it is not handling the food properly. When you clean up the diet, you clean out the disease. Click here for a list of nutrient dense foods that allow the body to heal through nourishment.

If foods cause intolerances it is best to remove them from the diet for six months, allow the gut time to heal with probiotic foods, then try to reintroduce the offending food. During this time it is best to eat as much probiotic food as tolerated. Too much probiotic food causes die off of bad bacteria in the intestines. Die off presents as gas, diarrhea, cold symptoms, flu symptoms, exhaustion and others. To learn how to stop die off click here.

*Nourishing Plot is written by a mom whose son has been delivered from the effects of autism (Asperger’s syndrome), ADHD, bipolar disorder, manic depression, hypoglycemia and dyslexia through food. This is not a news article published by a paper trying to make money. This blog is put out by a mom who sees first hand the effects of nourishing food vs food-ish items. No company pays her for writing these blogs, she considers this a form of missionary work. It is her desire to scream it from the rooftops so that others don’t suffer from the damaging effect of today’s “food”.
