High Cholesterol Findings Show Enormous Benefits

PubMed recently reported, high cholesterol shows to be beneficial, “Researchers chose 30 studies in total to analyse. 28 studies looked at the link with death from any cause. Twelve found no link between LDL and mortality, but 16 actually found that lower LDL was linked with higher mortality risk – the opposite to what was expected.”
They admit cholesterol has been thought to cause fatty build-up inside the arteries known as atherosclerosis, leading to heart troubles. These recent research studies are showing just the opposite. The authors studied results from 68,094 participants. PubMed said, “They said their finding contradicts the cholesterol hypothesis: that cholesterol, particularly LDL, causes fatty build-up in the arteries.”
The Telegraph, a science publication in the United Kingdom reported, “High cholesterol ‘does not cause heart disease’ new research finds, so treating with statins a ‘waste of time’.”

The Daily Mail, another UK publication, reported there was no link between bad cholesterol and heart disease.
The Mirror, yet another UK publication, reported that higher cholesterol levels help the elderly live longer.
Another UK publication, The Times, reported bad cholesterol helps you live longer.
“Cholesterol is nature’s healing substance,” says The Oiling Of America. “It repairs wounds. There’s a lot of cholesterol in scar tissue and it repairs tears in the arteries. If you have very weak arteries prone to tears your body makes a lot of cholesterol as it repairs. Blaming high cholesterol levels for heart disease is sort of like blaming the firemen who put out the fire. Gosh, every time we have a fire, there are firemen there. The firemen must be causing the fires. That is the logic that’s blaming cholesterol.” (1:00:22).
The Oiling Of America was a two-hour -presentation by Sally Fallon, President of The Weston A. Price Foundation. She adds, “Cholesterol is more like a wax, a sterile molecule that’s made by almost every cell in the body. Its key role is to make cells waterproof, it’s in your cell membranes. It plays the same role that cellulose does in plants. It gives the cells a stiffness and makes them waterproof so there can be a different chemistry on the outside and the inside of the cell.” (1:00:00).
More importantly is the deficiency of vitamin D, a major crisis happening in the world today. Vitamin D is a hormone made by the body. If there is damage in the body, compromise in the microbiome, vitamin D levels will be low. “Cholesterol is the precursor to vitamin D,” Sally Fallon says. (1:00:20).
“Sugar stuck to the proteins in teh blood affect memory, cognitive function, the brain can heal with required cholesterol. 40 percent of cholesterol in the blood is sponged off by the brain. Cholesterol is one of the most essential substances required to make many substances, sex hormones, vitamin D, the immune system,” Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride said at the 2015 annual Weston A Price Foundation Conference in Anaheim. “Statins destroy cholesterol production. The liver can’t function properly. Statins are a major cause of dementia. Nobody should be getting statins at all.”
McBride further said every time you’re under stress blood cholesterol will be higher. A scratch, damaged tissue or any damage anywhere in the body can cause this stress. She says, “Whatever your cholesterol is, is what it should be. I don’t even recommend testing cholesterol. I recommend stop eating sugar and flour.”
Conventional doctors recommend drop the meat and drop the fats. Doctor Natasha does not recommend this in any way. She recommends dropping the processed foods and increasing the meats, fats and cholesterol so the body can actively repair the damage.
In general, as a person ages their cholesterol increases. Different tests show different levels. Stress increases cholesterol and lack of a nutrient dense foods and sleep shows to increase cholesterol.
Violent offenders in prison as well as vicious dogs tend to have low cholesterol.
Maybe that is because, “Saturated fats are part of the body’s detoxification methods,” as Fallon says. (1:23:00).

Fallon explains the transition society took from using animal fats to processed fats happened with a great deal of marketing. The company that developed and produced Crisco published a cookbook to help women use the product. She describes, “In this book, in the introduction they basically said women who use Crisco instead of lard were more scientific, they were more modern, their houses were cleaner, their houses smelled better and their children would have better characters.” (1:24:36).
These new findings showing high cholesterol levels are good lead us to wonder why we are sold to believe there is a need for cholesterol lowering medications. It also makes us wonder why it’s supposedly so bad to eat God made fats but beneficial to eat man made fats – even though the studies show the opposite if the study was not connected to the oil manufacturer.
