Lemon Drops – GAPS and Paleo approved

A small dose of lemon is GAPS phase 1, larger amounts of lemon are Full GAPS. Some people find success with lemon essential oil at GAPS phase one, however, taking lemon essential oil internally is not GAPS compliant.
[yumprint-recipe id=’12’]Recipe:
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (or organic bottled lemon juice)
2-3 tablespoons local honey
zest from 1.5 lemons
Blend up all ingredients in Vitamix, food processor or other appliance until smooth. Place contents into a frosting bag with the flower tip. Squeeze out flowers onto a non-stick cooking sheet (like this one). Freeze. Enjoy!

When using lemon essential oil, how many drops would I add & is it going to change the consistency of the lemon drops?
