Natural Treatment Against The Coronavirus – What You Need On Hand To Be Prepared
Listening to the news can make you feel like the coronavirus or flu is just lurking outside, waiting to consume and kill you. It can be so scary that some people have already said they aren’t leaving their homes, hunkering down until the scare passes. It doesn’t have to be this way. Natural treatment against the coronavirus comes in many forms. Building a strong microbiome and having the tools on hand, in case a virus breaks out, is not just proper defense against a virus but is proper health.
There are several tools that can help you if a virus attacks. These should be at your fingertips when needed. When the first sign of symptoms arrive, the tools in the toolbox should be used. The earlier it is treated, the more effective the treatment.
It goes without saying, no body can be healthy eating dead food: candies, pastries, fast food, packaged food, chemicals, preservatives, dyes, and the like. A healthy body thrives on vitamins, minerals, and nutrients made from fresh foods cooked into a meal. It’s not just better for you, it’s better. Building your system with food that was alive and is now feeding your body is essential to building a strong terrain in the microbiome. Everyone has 24 hours in a day. If you’re not using your time wisely, to properly feed your body, it may be time to adjust priorities. It’s worth it.
When choosing foods to nourish, it’s a well known fact that vitamin A is a powerhouse for fighting disease. Foods high in vitamin A are pastured yolks, beef liver, lamb liver, cod liver oil, mackerel, salmon, pastured butter, as well as others. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin, which means if you are taking a supplement, first of all it’s synthetic and not often absorbed by the body, but also can’t absorb if it’s not taken with fat. Food forms of vitamin A are best. Even the National Institute of Health says measles treated with vitamin A shortens the disease, diarrhea, and fever. Orange foods, high in beta carotene, like carrots, butternut squash, and pumpkin, are powerful vitamin A support as the beta carotene goes to your liver, where it is converted to vitamin A. Some say all disease is a vitamin A deficiency. Signs of a vitamin A deficiency include dry eyes, difficulty seeing or driving at night, keratinized bumps (which are generally white bumps found often on the backs of the upper arms), frequent respiratory infections, and acne. If you already present with these symptoms, you’re more vulnerable.

Vitamin D is also known as a healthy powerhouse to fight disease. Foods high in vitamin D include pastured yellow butter, seafood, fish eggs, organ meats, insects, and animal blood. The sun is a well known way of getting vitamin D, however sunscreen blocks vitamin D from getting into our skin. Building up your sun tolerance is optimal. To read more, click here.
Still there are times when building the body with foods requires further support. Upon the first sign of virus symptoms, using natural methods are highly effective. Using all of these tools together is even more effective, however, each is a powerhouse on its own.
Probiotic food brines that go directly into the blood stream fills the body with beneficial strains where pathogenic strains can’t compete. Drinking home fermented kraut juice or fermented garlic brine are both great options. Click here to read more. Clinically we see this method of thwarting a virus is the most effective method. Excellent info!
I have a question about the elderberries. What are cytokines, and how does that negatively affect coronavirus?
