The only concern we’ve ever had with this dish is it dissapears!
Cook two pounds of pastured ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Remove it from the pan and cook three onions, four chopped carrots, one chopped red pepper, two cups chopped green beans, six chopped garlic cloves and two cups of peas. Really, any vegetables that you prefer are best. Add the cooked ground beef and stir to combine.
Fill the cooked mixture in the bottom of a casserole pan and/or 9 x 13. This recipe fills both for us. Top with riced cauliflower, like this one, and raw cheese, like this one or this one. Cook at 500 degrees for 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
