This festive snack is the easiest Christmas treat you’ll make this season. It’s easily made right along side making Santa Hats (click here to learn how to make Santa Hats).

Make marshmallow fluff with Great Lakes Gelatin (click here). Please note not all gelatin products are made equally. Click here to learn more.

Grease a silpat or non-stick baking sheet (like this one) with Kerrygold butter or ghee (like this one).

Pipe snowballs onto the greased cooking sheet using a piping bag with no tip. Snowballs are easiest made using an extra large piping bag. These balls can be carved later to shape them into perfect balls so don’t worry too much about the shape.

Insert cut carrot pieces and tap on eyes with activated charcoal (like this or this one if you don’t care to open up capsules) mixed with a little water. This is easily done with a circular shaped toothpick with a flat bottom (like this one).

Gelatin is not part of the GAPS Protocol, it can be used while the person is off of GAPS. Many people use gelatin while on GAPS and see no ill effects, however, it is not approved as part of the protocol by Dr. Natasha.

*Nourishing Plot is written by a mom whose son has been delivered from the effects of autism (Asperger’s syndrome), ADHD, bipolar disorder/manic depression, hypoglycemia and dyslexia through food. This is not a news article published by a paper trying to make money. This blog is put out by a mom who sees first hand the effects of nourishing food vs food-ish items. No company pays her for writing these blogs, she considers this a form of missionary work. It is her desire to scream it from the rooftops so that others don’t suffer from the damaging effect of today’s “food”.
