Taco Seasoning Recipe – GAPS Approved
Taco seasoning that doesn’t have added ingredients which feed the pathogens in the microbiome, is hard to find. This homemade seasoning mix can be premixed and ready to season ground beef or chicken for “taco” night. Tacos can be made with iceberg lettuce wraps filled with ground beef, chopped tomato, shredded cheese, homemade sour cream, olives and jalapenos. It’s a delicious treat that can’t be compared.
Big thanks goes to Gina Plotner, my sister-in-law, with the seasoning mix that pleases everyone! This recipe of hers makes taco night easy!
