The Hidden Secrets of Antibiotic Use

“We all live in a world of suppressive health care. Antibiotics are horribly suppressive. The use of antibiotics leads to deep sickness, asthma, allergies and mental illness,” said Tedd Koren, DC in his talk on The Three Key Secrets To Healing Success at the 2018 Weston A. Price Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland.
“Children who receive antibiotics within their first six months of birth increase their risk of developing by age 7 allergies to pets, ragweed, grass and dust mites and asthma, according to study conducted at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit,” says Science Direct reporting “Study shows link between antibiotics and allergies, asthma.” Over a seven year span, 448 children were studied. A wide variety of antibiotics were used, but the result was the same.
Medscape reported, “A 2004 study by Velicer and colleagues reported that long-term antibiotic therapy roughly doubled the risk for breast cancer. It didn’t matter which antibiotic was used or what disease was being treated — the effect was consistent. No good explanation was offered.”

JAMA reported a study using 2266 women over the age of 19 with primary, invasive breast cancer. Specifically their use of antibiotics was studied, finding, “Increased risk was observed in all antibiotic classes studied and in a subanalysis having breast cancer fatality as the outcome.”
They concluded, “Use of antibiotics is associated with increased risk of incident and fatal breast cancer. It cannot be determined from this study whether antibiotic use is causally related to breast cancer, or whether indication for use, overall weakened immune function, or other factors are pertinent underlying exposures.”
AACR, American Association for Cancer Research, laid out studies regarding the link between lung cancer and previous antibiotic use. Of the 4,336 cases studied of primary lung cancer, they reported, “The study found that both penicillins and macrolides may be associated with a 13% increased risk of lung and respiratory cancers.”
Koren says, “Most kids seam to be on antibiotics at some point in their life, with medical doctors giving them out like candy, not realizing they are driving a minor disease deep into the child’s body where they won’t be able to get rid of it.”
Philip Oubre, MD, says the overuse of antibiotics we see today, such as prescribing antibiotics for a virus which do not respond to antibiotics, “Causes unnecessary side effects, gut disruption (yeast overgrowth), and inflammation.” He specifically says, “Clindamycin – that one’s a Napalm for the bowels.”
Koren explains the process as the body fighting an illness, a natural purifying effort. Antibiotics are give so the body stops fighting, gives up and the disease goes deeper and becomes a chronic lifelong disease.
A Swedish study showed childhood infections prevented future disease finding, “Having two childhood viral infections reduced the coronary risk by 40 percent; four infections was associated with a 60-percent decreased risk; and six infections lowered the risk by 90 percent.”
Koren says, “You want to really protect your kids from heart disease? Let them get measles, mumps, chicken pox, cold, flu and whatever else is going around. It strengthens, detoxifies and heals it.”
One of the main concerns when leaning to antibiotics, especially in parents, is fever. Nasha Winters, ND, FABNO, a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in addressing cancers naturally, said in her talk Metabolic Way of Eating to Restore Health in the Cancering Process at the 2018 Weston A. Price Conference, “Tylenol, this is THE most poisonous medicine on our planet. It’s one of the top death causing problems in this country, properly prescribed acetaminophen or Tylenol. We’ve been suppressing fever, you want those puppies to burn wild. I actually coach my parents on how to get through this process, to trust it.”
She expands by saying, “The system has freaked them out about fevers. When we give acetaminophen to a child, we completely destroy their methalation and their mitochondria. That, in fact, may be one of the biggest drivers of autism. Acetaminophen is absolutely one of the worst. It takes all the glutathione out of your body. All of it.”
