The Legal Nitty Gritty Over Vaccine Waivers

“The idea that we need to have vaccines or we’re all going to die is just simply not supported by the official information,” says one attorney sticking out his neck. “Current vaccine policy law is really a pharmaceutical marketing policy much more so than it is a genuine health policy.”
This man is the one lawyer in America whose sole work in his practice is vaccine waivers, vaccine exemptions and legislation activism regarding vaccines – Alan Phillips. He is known as the Nations Leading Vaccine Rights Attorney. He started in this field when a friend of a friend was severely injured after receiving a vaccine. At that time, vaccine damage was new and unknown. It motivated Phillips to return to school where he earned his law degree with the specific intention of practicing vaccine law.
“If we look at the government data on the decline of deaths from the childhood infectious diseases which occurred primarily across the 1900s, we see, on average, about 90 to 95 percent of that mortality decline preceded the introduction of vaccines. In other words, vaccines really have nothing to do with the low disease death rates that we enjoy in the US today compared to years ago when many of these childhood diseases were terrible killers,” he says during his talk The Vaccine Industry and Your Rights.
Vaccines, Are They Really Safe and Effective, was written by Neal Miller and sparked a desire to pursue the topic further.

Phillips goes on to say, “The CDC says vaccines are safe and effective, get all the CDC recommended vaccines. In 2011, the US Supreme Court said vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. So, which is it? Are they safe and effective or are they unavoidably unsafe? Why is the federal government sending us those kinds of profoundly mixed messages?”
Since Phillips has been in the vaccine law field for over 23 years, he’s had time to research, know state laws and watch patterns. He says, “There appears to be some pretty serious corruption in the mainstream medical world. We’ve seen top editors of some of the top medical publications go public and say that we can no longer trust the medical literature, that as much as 50 percent of the published research just isn’t believable. Dr. Marsha Angel, from Harvard University, back in 2004 said we can no longer trust much of the clinical research. Richard Horton referred to what he called the case against science. He says half of the medical literature may be untrue. Science has taken a turn towards darkness.”
For over 20 years, Angel was an editor for New England Journal of Medicine.
Richard Horton was Editor and Chief of the Lancet, a peer review and respected medical publication.
Phillips navigates the world of vaccines, aiding the private person. Vaccines are mandatory for entry into preschools, K-12 school, college, employment, military, immigrants, adoption, custody disputes, international travel and others. In these areas, he says, “One or more exemptions are available.”
When the person doesn’t understand the law, and more importantly, the entity requiring the vaccine doesn’t understand the law, assistance is often needed. Sometimes getting an exemption is easy, other times it is more complicated. Phillips dedicates his work to vaccine exemptions and waivers for these areas. One issue that often goes unknown is, “What we’re seeing in very recent years is healthcare workers being required to get flu shots. This is just a door opener, they’re opening up the adult market. They’re starting with healthcare – the rest of us are supposed to look to them as the model, but now they’re starting with other vaccines that they’re requiring health care workers to get: the MMR, the TDAP, the Hepatitis B, the chicken pox vaccine…”
Knowing how to write a waiver, if desired or needed, is important. Each state has different regulations. Direction does not come from mainstream media because the source of the majority of their advertising budget restricts their voice. Phillips says the state lays out what is required, “You need to find out what the law is and do nothing more, nothing less. If you don’t do all that is required, you can lose the exemption.”
