The Link Between Chronic Illness and Root Canals, The Shocking Undeniable Facts

In the documentary The Root Cause, they uncover shocking information regarding root canals. The filmmaker himself suffered extreme illness due to his own toxic root canal and cavitation. He shows how the biggest toxic influence inside the body in a chronically ill person, as was in his case, is an infected root canal. A root canal cuts off the blood and life supply to the tooth. There are thousands of microtubules that extend off each tooth, reaching and twisting 6 to 8 miles into the body. When infection sets up in these spaces, health is compromised.
The Journal of Dental Research linked dental problems to illness saying, “Localized inflammatory response to bacterial infection leads to release of cytokines into the systemic circulation and subsequent deleterious vascular effects.”

Dr. Dawn Ewing, PhD and author of Let The Tooth Be Known says 98% of the women with breast cancer have a root canal, and moreover, it’s on the same side as the cancer.
Cardiologist Dr. Thomas Levy, MD, ID and author of The Toxic Tooth says disease will respond when the teeth are cleaned up.
Virulence, a peer reviewed medical journal, reports, “Inflammatory conditions of the dental pulp and, later in the disease process, the periapical tissues are caused by microorganisms. These infections and their concurrent inflammations are the main causes for patients to seek emergency dental care. The conditions can be excruciatingly painful; associated with sleep disturbance, limited ability to work, and difficulty in performing everyday tasks. Left untreated, exacerbating root canal infections can be an immediate threat to systemic health, with nearly 7000 hospitalizations per annum reported in the US alone.”
Other illnesses connected to infected root canals are things like chronic fatigue, adrenal issues, thyroid issues, depression, brain fog, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disease, ALS and more. The people affected often go from doctor to doctor, to practitioner, to clinician to test trying to find answers, yet come up with none. It is common for their doctors to put them on psychiatric drugs saying it’s all in their head, which is ironic.
Dr. Stewart Nunnally, DDS, MS, says it’s impossible to sterilize a root canal system.
This means infection. The root canal with these miles of connected roots, get infected after the root canal. There is no blood flow to the site and it just sits in the body, like a rotting dead body hidden in the attic of your house, says Tedd Koren, DC in his talk on “The Three Key Secrets To Healing Success” at the 2018 Weston A. Price Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. Dead tissue is a breeding ground for bacteria and infection.
A cone beam x-ray does a three dimensional picture of the tooth that will show abscesses and possible infection. Only a very small percentage of dentists have a cone beam x-ray machine, they often use the standard two dimensional x-ray machines. Opening up the root canal can show degeneration of tissue and bone due to infection, and can also expose parasites enjoying the infected area. Dentists Hal Huggins and Weston A. Price are probably the most famous dentists who exposed the dangers of root canals.
Weston A. Price (1870-1948) practiced dentistry in America when chronic illnesses were on the rise. He traveled the world visiting tribal communities and compared them to city dwellers and found their food had the biggest impact on their dental health. In his book Nutritional and Physical Degeneration, he explained how when patients came to his office suffering from disease, he would take a syringe and extract tissue from infected root canals and compromised teeth and inject it into rabbits. Every single time the rabbit acquired the same disease found in root structure of the diseased tooth that was causing their illness.
Today the Weston A. Price Foundation is famous for connecting people with farmers raising and growing real food. They say, “The toxicity of root canals was disclosed by Mayo’s Clinic and Dr. Weston Price jointly back in about 1910. Close to a century ago. Price’s textbook on root canals, published in 1922, upset the dental associations at that time, and still does today. The American Dental Association (ADA), denies his findings and claims that they have proven root canals to be safe; however, no published data from the ADA is available to confirm this statement.”
Hal Huggins began to speak of his findings on infected root canals and the dangers of amalgam fillings in the early 1970s. Because of his bold statements, the American Dental Association took away his dental license in 1996 claiming “gross negligence”, even though he previously was held in such high regard with the ADA that he often spoke at their conferences. After his passing in 2014, his teachings have been carried on by many dentists trained in his practices.
Seeing a holistic or biological dentist will ensure they are up to date on current studies and dangers regarding unsafe root canals or even amalgam fillings. The IAOMT or the NNNNNN are both websites where you can simply enter you zip code and the properly trained dentists near you will be revealed. When the tooth is removed there are three options: a bridge (which is the least damaging to the body when done as a bonded ceramic bridge), a zirconia implant (not to be confused with a titanium implant which properly trained biological dentists say are just as bad as the root canal), or a denture.
