Vaccine Updates – The Refusal To Vaccinate Document, Mandatory Adult Vaccinations and Workplace Vaccination

If your doctor gives you a Refusal to Vaccinate document to sign, which says you do not want to vaccinate your child, you may be in for trouble in the near future, says Andrew Gardner, Activist, Weston A. Price Chapter Leader and owner of Vintage Tradition, a company which makes balms, deodorants and other products out of pastured animal fats. He says if you read between the lines the form says I’m a horrible parent and I choose to endanger my children. He says, if you sign this, you are no longer covered to keep your medical information private.
Gardner spoke on Vaccine Activism in Colorado and Minnesota (November 9, 2017). Many of the Weston A. Price board members have children who were vaccine damaged. The topic is close to his heart.
The organization Parents Against Mandatory Vaccinations says, “It’s a trap!”
Gardner says there is an agenda, they are making a complete list of those who are fully vaccinated and those who are not.
Some doctors give you the form if you refuse any vaccination, including just the flu shot.

Most patients are given one piece of paper to sign, however, the form given to the doctor is actually three sheets of paper. On page one it says, “In the case of vaccination, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) strongly recommends and federal law mandates that this discussion include the provision of the Vaccine Information Statements (VISs). Despite our best efforts to educate parents about the effectiveness of vaccines and the realistic chances of vaccine-associated adverse events, some will decline to have their children vaccinated. This often results from families misinterpreting or misunderstanding information presented by the media and on unmonitored and biased Web sites, causing substantial and often unrealistic fears.”
It goes on to say, “The use of this or a similar form in concert with direct and non-condescending discussion can demonstrate the importance you place on appropriate immunizations, focuses parents’ attention on the unnecessary risk for which they are accepting responsibility, and may in some instances induce a wavering parent to accept your recommendations.”
It is important to remember, if you refuse to receive a vaccine and sign the form, if the doctor follows protocol, he is advised to, “Revisit the immunization discussion at each subsequent appointment and carefully document the discussion.” Carefully documented discussions are held on file for a reason.
Currently, there is an adult vaccination schedule in place, some are yearly requirements.
A mandatory adult vaccination schedule is in the works right now. This means you would need to be fully vaccinated, and be able to prove that you have been fully vaccinated, in order to get a driver’s license, to fly, to take a train, as well as others things. This already exists in many professions including those who work in hospitals. Many facilities say it’s required or you can not work. Get your flu vaccine or you’re fired.
However, some employees have gotten brave and simply denied the “required” vaccine to continue working in their health facility. Their situation was one that left them no choice. They have just said, “I opt out.” Shockingly, what they were told would happen, didn’t happen. They didn’t lose their job. Instead, they were simply given a form to fill out saying they opt out, nothing else. Each vaccine was addressed in this way. Then they went back to work without having to wear a mask at work every day. (This site is not suggesting for you to do or not do something at your workplace. That would irresponsible and silly).
The mandatory vaccination agenda is not fully supported. Some states are pushing back, showing they aren’t following the path.
The Human Papillomavirus vaccine, HPV, is on the list to be mandatory for 9th graders and has already been defeated in Maryland “for safety concerns” classified as unfavorable/withdrawn.
Homeopathic support for those who have been vaccine injured is available. Homeopathic prophylaxis is another option instead of vaccinations.
Nationwide, there is one lawyer fighting for vaccine rights, Alan Phillips. He has a podcast and is showcased on the Wise Traditions Podcast. He lives in North Carolina and is actually under attack for his work against vaccines. The attack on him is serious and could be extremely detrimental.
The National Vaccine Information Center, NVIC.org, focuses on “law and policy”. They list every bill in every state. Becoming a member of the NVIC is the easiest way to vote and give your voice. Eight bills were recently voted on in Connecticut.
The department of Health only responds to lawsuits, experts say. The only way to reverse this new manner of business is with litigation. The important thing to remember is, there is a reason for the VIS paper. That reason is the concern.
Being an activist, or simply being aware of the situation, through supporting those who are activists, can be the best thing you do to support those who are in the trenches. Del Bigtree started a group called ICAN – Informed Consent Action Network.
